- What is the distribution of the bedrooms and the maximum number of guests allowed?
Casa Bella Vista is ideal for up to ten guests with four decorated suites, all with ensuite bathrooms. One King, Two suites with Queens, and one suite with Double Beds
- What is the minimum number of nights allowed for a rental?
The minimum number of nights to reserve the house is four.
- How can I check availability?

- I’m ready to confirm a booking, what’s next?
Please email us at MALuxuryRental@gmail.com or call 817 818 8321. A rental agreement will be sent once your details are confirmed. We request fifty percent of the rental rate at the time of booking.
- What is included in the rental rate?
Agreed nightly stay, onsite groundkeeper/daily cleaning service (except Sundays), and your own personal concierge to assist every day before departure and during your stay.
- What is not included?
The thirteen percent VAT tax, any tours, transportation chef services, or customary gratuity for the staff.
- After confirming my booking, what’s next?
After completion of the booking process, we will put you directly in touch with our amazing house manager, your concierge.
- Which airport do I fly into?
The preferred international airport arrival is at SJO / Juan Santamaria International Airport. It is a three hours drive to the house depending on the number of stops made on the way. There is an airport located in Quepos, about fifteen minutes from Casa Bella Vista.
- How far is the beach?
Manuel Antonio Beach is about ten minutes walking distance from the house and only a five to seven-minute drive. There are a few other beaches within walking distance as well.
- Is the house within walking distance to local bars/restaurants/shops?
Yes! Only minutes away are Emilio’s Cafe, Cafe Milagro, Barba Roja, and many more!
- What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least sixty days before arrival have the option to be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than sixty days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the first payment unless a part or all of the dates can be rented to another guest. In this case, fifty percent of the paid rental will be refunded.
- How do I arrange for COVID testing before departure?
Coordinate with our house manager and she will arrange on your behalf.
- How can I like Casa Bella Vista on Social Media?
Our social media plug-ins are located at the top of our site and again on the bottom! Feel free to tag us during your stay and we’d love to receive photos you would like for us to share on our feeds!
