Our Rates

At Casa Bella Vista, the booking process is simple. Don’t hesitate to contact us for additional information, questions, availability or to request our simple rental agreement for available dates.

To confirm a reservation, we request 50% at the time of booking along with the signed rental agreement. The balance and a security deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 which will be HELD/NOT CASHED are due thirty days prior to check-in.

Casa Bella Vista prides itself with its continual, repeat bookings. Most bookings are done directly to pass the savings to you. If you prefer to book through a third-party booking platform, please find us on VRBO or HomeAway by searching “Casa Bella Vista in Manuel Antonio.” We take pride in our continual “Premier Partner” status.

• A mandatory refundable damage deposit of $1,000 USD applies

• Maximum guests is 10
• Weddings and events accepted, inquire directly for event fees and specifications
• Check-in 4:00 pm

Cancellation Policy

We understand your travel plans may change. We always recommend you purchase travel insurance.  However, in the event of a cancellation, we do our best to work with each guest.
Cancellations made at least sixty days before arrival have the option to be fully refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than sixty days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the first payment unless the dates can be rented to another guest. In this case, fifty percent of the paid rental will be refunded.
